Educational Requirements
Applicants should have MBA in any discipline, Masters in Finance/ Accounting/ Management/ Banking/ Statistics/ Economics/ Human Resources, B.Sc in CSE/ Textile Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ EEE, CGPA 3.00 out of 4 or equivalent class in Graduation & Post-graduation from any reputed university or institution
Candidates should have minimum GPA 4.50 out of 5.00 in SSC and HSC levels or minimum "B" in "O" & "A" level
Additional Job Requirements
Strong Computer Skills in MS Office, Proficiency both in Bengali and English. Age must not be over 30 years as on June 15, 2016
The Candidate should be willing to work anywhere in the country

On Probation, Management Trainee will receive monthly consolidated remuneration of Tk. 50,000/- along with other admissible benefits within rules
Management Trainee will be absorbed as First Executive Officer in the regular scale of the Bank on satisfactory completion of 1 (one) year Probation Period
