Job Description / Responsibility:
Job Areas: As assigned by MSEF Department, Corporate Office
Marketing and generate CMSE - Cottage, Micro & Small Enterprise Business as per target set by MSEF Department, Corporate Office
Assist the Branch in acquiring of CMSE Business
Preparation of loan proposal and placement of the same to the Head of Branch for recommendation
Follow up the loan application to disbursement or rejection with the practiced TAT (Time around Time)
Monitor loan repayments on regular basis through portfolio reports and take proactive actions in case of late repayment
Ensure that visits are made in every CMSE account on quarterly basis and call reports, stock reports are prepared and preserved in credit file for ready reference
Market review and prepare half yearly report of CMSE cluster within the targeted areas
Others activities time to time as assigned by CMSE Department , Corporate Office
Job Nature: Contractual
Educational Requirements: Minimum 4 years graduation in Business Administration/ Economics/ Accounting/ Finance/ Management/ Marketing/ Maths/ English/ Engineering/ Statistics/ IT from a reputed University having no third class/division in academic career
Additional Job Requirements:
Age At most 30 year(s)
Age below 30 years as on 30.04.2016
Geographic mobility and flexibility willing to work anywhere in the country
Strong communication & interpersonal skills with pleasing personality
Must be proactive, self-motivated, target-oriented, able to work under pressure, must be a team member, having ability to meet deadlines, art of persuasion, art of marketing, usual knowledge of market.
Computer literacy is essential
